Week 1 of production
Hello there,
Another week, another update. With the start of our production phase we went back to our earlier implementations and redid them to be better and more optimized. Because of this our newest build is a lot less then the demo we released last week. But fear not, while our programmers are working to give you the best performance we can, our artists have begun to produce the art assets so we can make the Dreki come to life.
This week we were wrapping up the boring stuff documentation of our project and all the stuff that helps us keep it clean. That being said, we are finally hitting the production stage! We gave some more thought on the arena layout, and how to make the game potentially more strategic.
We also started working on environmental assets and the final version of Dreki mesh. This is what we got so far:
For sound we also have a lot of the assets by now, and hope to have some of them implemented into our build by next week.
